Thursday 5 August Recommences

Tuesday 31 August Staunton Pool Middle Park Way Havant PO0 5HB (Lifeguard - poss Sarah Clifford?)
Saturdays - 7, 14 and 21 August 12.30am until 2.30pm - ( Prelims -  Liz Pounder plus general spotter session )

Eastney Swimming Pool Melville Road, Portsmouth PO4 9TB (Lifeguard supplied by Eastney)
Fridays - 6, 13, 20, 27 August 1pm until 2.40pm ( Team Becky George plus general spotter session ) Sundays - 8, 15, 22, 29 August 5pm until 7pm  ( Team Caroline Slssingar plus general spotter session )

Brune Park Military Road, Gosport PO12 3BU (Lifeguard - Helen Morris)
Wednesdays - 11, 18, 25 August - 7pm until 8.30pm ( Team Helen Morris plus general spotter session )

Please pay particular attention to your 'Team session' ie the venue and time.

ALL SESSIONS ALLOW FOR EVERYONE TO ATTEND BUT YOU MUST HAVE A 'SPOTTER' WITH YOU.  A 'spotter' is an adult or coach who is prepared to sit with you - this must be arranged by the individual swimmer.  Any swimmer who turns up without a 'spotter' will not be permitted to use the pool. This obviously does not include your own team session when the club will provide your coach.
